Among the most remarkable sites is Casa Cavassa<\/strong>, considered one of the symbols of the Saluzzo Renaissance and now home to the civic museum. Once frequented by intellectuals and courtiers, it still preserves rooms and decorations that testify to the prestige enjoyed by the city during the 15th and 16th centuries.
